BEFORE YOU DIG

Call Ontario One at 1-800-400-2255 to ensure your new plants will not be affected in future by service crews. Services are generally adjacent to street frontage in front or side yards.

What do I need to do before digging?

TreeMobile is not responsible for damages to any services or property. Please call Ontario One Call 1-800-400-2255 to have your locations done before digging.

What does my purchase include?

Prices include mulch, compost, fungi innoculant for trees, and operating costs such as this website. A minimal percentage has been added to enable TreeMobile to donate extra plants to community orchards through the Edible Community Garden Grant. Community organizations who help us host and organize TreeMobile distribution also receive plants as a thank you. All work is done by cheerful volunteers. Proceeds, if any, will be donated to Transition Toronto / Transition Guelph.

Are my purchases guaranteed?

Plants are not guaranteed. Please take good care of your plants and water them as per instructions so that you may have delicious fruit for years to come.

Am I eligible for delivery?

In order to keep costs down, a nominal fee will be charged for delivery and planting. Deliveries are within the delivery zone only – see Delivery Info page. If you are from outside of the delivery zone, you are welcome to pick up your order at one of our distribution centres, which you can specify when ordering.

Before choosing delivery as an option, please make sure you are in the delivery zone. Delivery refunds will not be issued if you fail to follow this rule, and you can know you’ve helped do your part by donating a few dollars to a truly superb community project!

Wow! Is it true that TreeMobile can plant my order?

Yes we can! While we are happy to plant for you, we can fill more orders if you choose to pick up or do your own planting. Should you prefer the planting option, a pre-dug hole (3’ wide by 1’ deep for trees, smaller for shrubs) helps our volunteers reach all our supporters more efficiently.
