Description
Tuber of the sunflower family, lovely golden flowers. Dig up in late fall before frost. Can be invasive; plant in contained area or containers. Eat fresh or roasted. Small chokes can be replanted in the fall for next year. Removing flower buds will result in more yield. Native Plant
