*Some plants require another variety for pollination, Eg. an Elephant Heart will not pollinate another Elephant Heart If there is another tree of the same variety & bloom time within 100′ you should be fine. If not, and you don’t have space for two trees, a neighbour can buy one and you can share the bounty!
